SAGA also exists as a Facebook page – join to get invites to upcoming events, as well as catching photos from previous events. Buying Games

Comics Compulsion, located at 181, is Christchurch’s friendly local gaming store. While they have a selection of their products available online, I recommend checking the store out in person. They have a sizeable stash of board games and RPGs, and there’s frequently a number of books, supplements, and periodicals on clearance. <strong>SAGA members receive a 5% discount at Comics Compulsion</strong>.

Urban Games is a great source for board games on the net. They have an extensive range of games of all genres, and can ship nationally or internationally.

Seriously Board, similar to Urban Games, offer a selection of popular board games at very competitive prices.

Boardgame Rentals allows you to rent a board game for a week or two, play it and then return it – at a fraction of the price. At least now you won’t spend $80 on a dud of a game, only to find out after a couple of days’ play.
