SAGA inc. in the paper

Posted By Jan-Yves Ruzicka on June 26, 2010

If you checked today’s Press weekend pull-out, Your Weekend, you’ll notice there’s a nice big article on board gaming in there, in which SAGA features quite prominently. So, congratulations, everyone! We’re famous!

If you’ve come here from the article, then welcome to SAGA! If you’re interested in meeting up with us and playing some games, come to the Lower Common Room in the UCSA building, University of Canterbury, on a Tuesday or Thursday evening from 7pm onwards. For more information on who we are and what we do, check out our welcome page.

Jan-Yves Ruzicka

I'm the president of SAGA Inc. for 2010. I've been coming to SAGA events since 2002, been a member since 2005, and been on committee since 2008. I've helped run events at Buckets of Dice (including one Grand Strat) and run a couple of campaigns, mainly using the FATE system or its derivatives. This year I'm running a meta-campaign entitled "A Series of Casual Encounters", in which I introduce people to GMing and run short pick-up games.

  2. Hey there. Most info goes through the yahoo group, although I try to check our sub-forum on NZRaG at least once a week. It’s pretty low-traffic, though.

If you’re interested, feel free to come along sometime and see how you like it. It’s always great to have new people join the club.
